Wicked Costumes Limited is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. If you are successful, you will then be contacted via the email address provided with a Trade Application Form. If you do not provide us with the information needed, we will be unable to proceed with your enquiry or provide you with a Trade Application Form.

Where we collect personal information from
We will collect data from:

·         Other entities who you may have connections with that would be relative to the services we provide

How we use your personal information
When you use the “Contact Us” form or the “New Trade Account Registration” form on our website we will collect the details as mentioned previously.  

If you would prefer to contact us by phone, email or post we will need to ask you to provide your account number, business name or postcode in order for us to locate and gain access to your account. We will only use this information for the purpose of dealing with your enquiry, to place an order, take a payment or any other action associated with your account. If you are unable to provide any of these details we will not be able to access your account. 

We do not store your payment card details. We only pass them securely via our payment gateway (Sagepay) and card processor (Worldpay).  

It is important that all of the personal data we have stored for you is up to date and correct at all times. Please inform us of any changes as soon as possible.

Who we share your personal information with
We will share your personal information with our service providers. These third parties process your personal data when they provide a service to us such as marketing, payments, IT support, shipping and deliveries (i.e. APC, DPD, UPS, Burns Express and RW Freight), accounting services and debt collection. In the event we do share your information with third parties in accordance with the paragraphs above, we will only share such personal date or such information as is strictly required for the specific purposes and we shall take reasonable steps to ensure that the recipient shall process the disclosed personal date in accordance with the protection laws and the new GDPR laws.

Request the removal of your personal information. You can ask us to delete or remove any personal information where there is no good reason for us to keep it and continue to process it.
